delicious middle-eastern/mediterranean fusion style pizza (v)

this amazingly healthy and tasty take on the pizza is so easy and simple to make - and THE most delicious alternative to the greasy pizza that we all can't seem to get enough of. yes it's not the same, but instead of that, just once try this delicious recipe that will be so good for your heart and soul :)



INGREDIENTS:
  • one large naan (i bought mine at woolies and put it in the oven to crisp up)
  • hummus
  • falafal
  • fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
  • half a shallot (diced)
  • half a small tomato (diced)
  • one carrot (julienned)
  • feta cheese
  • good extra virgin olive oil
i literally got my naan, hummus and falafal pre-packed from woolworths (my favourite store in the world) but it's really very simple to make all of the above. literally after popping the naan in the oven to crisp, i covered it generously with hummus and the piled on the diced tomato and onion and carrot, coriander and feta cheese to my liking. after drizzling generously with some extra virgin olive oil you are ready to tuck in and oh.my.word you won't be sorry :)

try it out guys - once u start this, it will be a regular on your menu!
